How much does Helia HR cost?
Helia Base is €3 per employee per month and covers the daily HR core. Add-on packs are €1–2, the Delivery pack (projects, capacity, client invoicing) is €10 per billable user, and Recruitment is a flat €99/mo. The minimum bill is €49/mo, annual billing takes 15% off, and the pricing page has a calculator that shows your exact total — no “contact sales”.
Can we start from our current spreadsheet?
Yes — import your people from any CSV with built-in column mapping. Most teams go from a spreadsheet to a working directory, org chart and time-off tracking in one afternoon.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt). Every table is isolated per company with row-level security, PII access is role-gated and logged, and self-service GDPR exports are built in. A DPA is available for every customer.
Do engineers have to fill timesheets by hand?
They can, but they don’t have to: connect Jira and logged work lands in Helia timesheets automatically as drafts a manager reviews. Approved hours become client invoices.
What makes Helia different from generic HR tools?
Delivery operations are first-class: project assignments, a live capacity matrix with a bench view, utilization forecasts, and client invoices generated from approved billable hours. Generic HR suites stop at the directory — and PSA suites charge $25–50 per user for this half.
