Small teams pay at least €49/mo — still the lowest floor in the category (comparable tools start at $125–250). Once your per-seat total clears the floor (≈19 employees on Base alone, far fewer with add-ons or Delivery) per-seat pricing takes over naturally.
Billing questions
Who counts as a billable user for the Delivery pack?
People whose time you sell — engineers, designers, QA, consultants — marked as billable in their profile. HR, sales, admin and other overhead roles are not billed for Delivery: they use the system, you don't pay €10 for them. Every employee still counts for the €3 Base price.
How does the €49/mo minimum work?
If your per-seat total computes to less than €49, you pay €49. It exists so a 5-person team gets the whole product for a predictable coffee-budget number instead of a per-seat bill of a few dollars. Once your team's per-seat total clears €49 (≈19 employees on Base alone, far fewer with add-ons or Delivery), normal per-seat pricing takes over automatically.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your 14-day trial runs with every module switched on and no card. When it ends you pick the packs you actually use and pay by card (checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record). Your data stays untouched either way — nothing is deleted when a trial lapses.
Can we change packs or cancel later?
Yes, self-serve. Switching a pack on or off while subscribed reprices the subscription from the next billing period, seat counts sync automatically as your team changes, and you can cancel anytime — access runs to the end of the paid period. No retention calls required.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown tax-exclusive. Paddle acts as the merchant of record and calculates the correct VAT or sales tax for your country at checkout — the invoice and tax receipt arrive automatically after every charge.
What discounts are there?
